Southold Dance Theater Guild is having a preorder flower/plant fundraiser in time for Mother’s Day. We all plant in the spring, why not support Southold while buying your Mother’s day gifts/spring flats?!
Roseland Garden Center is facilitating this fundraiser. The quality of the flowers is exceptional. You may choose your flats, hanging baskets and tubs from a wide variety of flowers and colors. There is also a “salad flat” which consists of 12 trays (4 tomatoes, 4 bell peppers, 2 cucumbers, and 2 basil).
Please ask your family, friends and neighbors to order their flowers from Southold as well. Please make copies of the order form to share.
Order forms are due back to the Southold office, along with payment, no later than Saturday May 1, 2010. Please have checks payable to Southold Guild. All flowers must be picked up on Friday, May 7, 2010 from 8:30-10AM or 2-6:30PM at Roseland Garden Center, located at 125 Dixieway South , South Bend, IN(on the west side of US 933 North of the Toll Road Entrance and South of Pendle St.). Volunteers from Southold will be on hand at Roseland Garden Center during the listed times to assist with identifying your order and loading your vehicle.
We would like to thank Roseland Garden Center for assisting us with this fundraiser. Their plants and flowers are exceptional and we are grateful for their participation.

Volunteer Opportunities
Don’t dance... but would like to be an important part of Southold Dance Theater? Become a Volunteer! This enthusiastic, productive group of dedicated volunteers generously donates its time and talents to assure the continued success of Southold Dance Theater. As a volunteer, you will help to support and promote an appreciation of the arts through dance. Each area of volunteer assistance is a vital part of the continuing operation of Southold.
Volunteers help by:
Assisting at fundraisers and special events
Providing office support
Costume and production assistance
Staffing the boutique table at performances
Assisting with outreach programs
Volunteer opportunities exist throughout the calendar year, seven days a week, during mornings, afternoons, and evenings, to meet the volunteer’s needs. Whether you have a few hours a week or a several a month, consider becoming a Southold volunteer and putting your own special skills and interests to use.
